Offering of Light – Praise to the Buddha
Ghāna sārappadīpena dīpena tamaṃsinā(By this fragrant, essential lamp that dispels darkness)
Tiloka dīpaṃ sambuddhaṃ pūjayāmi tamonudaṃ(I honour the Fully Enlightened One, the light of the three worlds, the dispeller of darkness)
Offering of Flowers
Vaṇṇagandhaguṇopetaṃ etaṃ kusumasantatiṃ(This garland of flowers, endowed with colour, fragrance, and virtue)
Pūjayāmi munindassa sirīpadāsaroruhe(I offer at the lotus feet of the supreme sage)
Pūjemi Buddhaṃ kusumena ‘nena puññena etena ca hotu mokkhaṃ(I honour the Buddha with these flowers; may this merit bring liberation)
Pupphaṃ milāyāti yathā idaṃ me kāyo tathā yāti vināsabhāvaṃ(Just as these flowers wither, so too my body will reach destruction)
Offering of Food – First Request
Adhivāsetu no bhante bhojanaṃ parikappitaṃ(May the Venerable One kindly accept this prepared meal)
Anukampam upādāya paṭiggaṇhātu uttama(Out of compassion, may the Supreme One receive it)
Offering of Drink – Second Request
Adhivāsetu no bhante pānīyaṃ parikappitaṃ(May the Venerable One kindly accept this prepared drink)
Anukampam upādāya paṭiggaṇhātu uttama(Out of compassion, may the Supreme One receive it)
Offering of Everything – Third Request
Adhivāsetu no bhante sabbaṃ saddhāya pūjitaṃ(May the Venerable One kindly accept all that is offered in faith)

Aspiration & Blessing
Icchitaṃ patthitaṃ tumhaṃ, khippameva samijjhatu(May all your wishes and desires quickly be fulfilled)
Sabbe pūrentu saṅkappā, cando paṇṇaraso yathā maṇi jotiraso yathā(May all your aspirations be fulfilled, like the full-moon light, like the radiant jewel)

Buddhaṃ bhagavantam abhivādemi(I bow down to the Buddha, the Blessed One)
