Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEX) has appointed Jalal Almarhoon as managing director and chief regional representative for the Middle East.
Based in HKEX’s recently opened Riyadh office, Almarhoon (pictured) joined the group on February 10. He reports to Johnson Chui, HKEX’s head of global issuer services.
