Former special counsel Jack Smith on Thursday said that under President Donald Trump, "We are facing an attack on the rule of law."
Smith also said that "it angers me" to see career officials at the Department of Justice "demonized" by the Trump administration for their work on cases that are seen as hostile to the president and his allies.
Smith's comments came in an interview with Nicolle Wallace on MS NOW's "Deadline: White House."
