Ingredients

2 Quest Bake Shop Chocolate Frosted Donuts 2 tbsp whipped cream cheese  ⅓ cup sugar free chocolate chips ½ tsp coconut oil

Method

In a bowl, combine the cream cheese and donuts using your hands to break the donuts into smaller pieces. Separate the mixture into 6 evenly sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate and oil together and stir until smooth. Cover each truffle in chocolate, letting the excess drip off before placing the chocolate covered truffle on the parchment paper. Once you have covered all of them in chocolate, place them in the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour. Serve cold.
